-FIRE26-
FIRE26 is a Hatha yoga class based in the tradition of the 26 and 2 method. The goal of this therapeutic style of yoga is to maintain and heal the physical body, using movement to calm the mind. FIRE26 is composed of 26 postures x 2 breathing exercises, beginning with a standing series that is followed by a floor series. This style of yoga is accessible to all levels with ample instruction for the beginner while remaining challenging for the more experienced practitioner. We offer 60 and 90 minute classes. Room temperature ranges from about 80-90 degrees.
-Sound Healing-
Sound healing is a meditative practice that uses frequency to heal the mind, body and spirit. This 60 minute class begins with a brief meditation to prepare the mind and body - being fully present for receiving. Our Sound Healer focuses on the seven Chakras. Each octave of our white Quartz singing bowls resonate with every Chakra, from crown to root. Using channeled voice activation, this experience guides you through a journey with self. Sound Healing re-harmonizes the vibrations of the body. Sound Healing has numerous benefits as well, including:
Increases Clarity and Presence
Lowers Respiratory Rates and reduces stress levels
Improves creativity
Improves sleep patterns
Stabilizes extreme moods
Allows you to access a deeper state of meditation.
Sound healing can also aid in processing trauma and deeply rooted emotions as well.

This dynamic class is exactly what it sounds like. On Friday and Saturday nights at 9pm, we get a little wild and bring the funk to the flow. Come as you are and expect the unexpected. All levels welcome.
